Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Senior Hiring Manager. The Senior Hiring Manager will oversee recruitment processes, develop hiring strategies, and ensure service quality in candidate experience. Responsibilities include managing recruitment campaigns, conducting interviews, training hiring managers, and facilitating seamless onboarding procedures. The role requires excellent communication and leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.

- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting to identify and attract top talent
- Effective Communication abilities to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience in ensuring Service Quality to maintain high standards in recruiting processes
- Capability in Training hiring teams to enhance their interviewing and onboarding strategies
- Proficiency in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role in talent acquisition is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus
