Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and organizing personnel and client files
- Process and track paperwork and documentation
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager
- Perform other office tasks as needed to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
