Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter located in Chennai
The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for leading healthcare staffing initiatives, developing and implementing hiring strategies, and conducting end-to-end recruiting processes. They will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, source quality candidates, and facilitate seamless onboarding procedures. As part of the role, maintaining effective communication with candidates and providing an excellent recruitment experience are key priorities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting practices and processes
- Proficient skills in Hiring and talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and candidate relationship management
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, for effective engagement with candidates and internal teams
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technology is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing is preferred
