Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals for various roles. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering timely talent solutions. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to meet compliance and quality standards and to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and trends
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Proficiency in Hiring and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates efficiently
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities to develop recruitment strategies and manage multiple roles
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
