Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Hire Consultants, Resident Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Front Office, Operations, HR and Support Services.
- Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and networking.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower planning.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
- Coordinate interviews, salary discussions and offer management.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness and offer conversion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in healthcare industry.
- Proven experience hiring Doctors, Consultants, Resident Medical Officers, Nurses, Technicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and Corporate/Support staff.
- Strong understanding of hospital hiring processes, medical designations, and healthcare talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
- Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in employer branding, talent pipelining, and recruitment analytics is an added advantage.
