Senior Hardware Test Lead
- Experience: 7 to 10 years
- Location: Pune (Office)
- Education: BE / BSc / MSc in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities:
- V&V Strategy: Independently create and execute comprehensive Verification & Validation (V&V) test plans.
- Standards & Compliance: Apply deep familiarity with certification standards, particularly within the Avionics and Automotive sectors.
- Specialized Testing: Lead EMI/EMC, certification, and environmental testing procedures.
- Test Jigs: Design and develop advanced automated test jigs.
- Analysis & Debugging: Demonstrate expert-level understanding of schematics, electronics components, and failure modes to isolate complex faults.
- External Lab Coordination: Manage end-to-end testing arrangements and coordination with external test labs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design and production teams to perform root-cause analysis on bugs and hardware issues.
- Production Knowledge: Apply solid awareness of mass production processes.
- Automation Expertise: Build and optimize high-level automation scripting frameworks.
