The Role
As a Senior Hardware Engineer at ReVx Energy, you will lead the design, development, and validation of hardware across our product portfolio — BMS (48V to 1500V), ITMS, VTS, and EMS. You will own the hardware design lifecycle from schematic capture through production readiness, ensuring automotive-grade quality and reliability.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for BMS, ITMS, VTS, and EMS products.
- Finalize schematics and ensure compliance with product specifications and automotive standards.
- Lead PCB design reviews focusing on signal integrity, impedance control, high-speed design (DDR, MIPI), and EMI/EMC compliance.
- Select components, manage vendor relationships, and create Bills of Materials (BOM) with cost analysis.
- Develop test plans, conduct electrical and environmental testing, and qualify components, modules, and assemblies.
- Write and debug low-level drivers in C/C++ for hardware validation and bring-up.
- Work with STM32 and ARM microcontrollers, and integrate wireless modules (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, LoRa, GPS).
- Oversee DFM, DFT, and product validation processes from prototype through production.
- Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams across product lines.
What We Are Looking For
- M.Tech/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in hardware design for embedded systems, preferably in automotive domain.
- Strong expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Experience with ARM, STM32, and PIC microcontroller architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, and Ethernet communication protocols.
- Proficiency in high-speed design, signal integrity, and differential pairs.
- Skilled with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers for hardware debugging.
- Knowledge of DFM, DFT, and EMI/EMC compliance standards.
- Experience with power electronics, telematics hardware, or energy management systems is a plus.
