1. Position Overview
The Senior H.R. Executive (Generic HR) will be responsible for end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR MIS, and operational support. The role requires strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to create a seamless candidate and employee experience while supporting organizational culture and compliance.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment/T.A including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other tools effectively.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and recruitment trackers.
- Support attendance and salary calibration activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, documentation standards, and statutory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a positive work culture.
- Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and recruitment needs.
3. Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within a Hospital or Medical Sciences University environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
