1.Position Overview
The Senior H.R. Executive (Attendance & HR Operations) will be responsible for managing high-volume HR operational activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of attendance, salary coordination, HR MIS, and employee data management. The role demands strong analytical capability, excellent communication, and the ability to uphold institutional culture while interacting with senior staff.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor attendance systems for large employee headcounts across departments.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Maintain and update HR MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Ensure compliance with institutional HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Support audits, documentation, and HR operational reviews.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and data integrity across HR systems.
- Liaise with department heads and senior staff to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Assist in employee grievance handling related to attendance and operational matters.
- Contribute to building a positive organizational culture through professional conduct and communication.
3. Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources from a recognized university (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations within a Hospital or Medical Sciences University environment.
- Proven experience managing large workforce attendance, salary coordination, and HR MIS.
