Turnstone is now recruiting people for their newest hotel in Bengaluru called PXL 27. PXL is a new-age hospitality brand built for today’s traveller—sharp, efficient, and experience-driven. We’re on an aggressive growth path, with a clear ambition to expand across micro-markets and be present in every pin-code that matters. If you’ve spent a few years at the front desk and are ready to step up into a role where you actually run the show on shift, this might be for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading daily front office operations – check-ins, check-outs, reservations
- Handling guest issues with maturity (not escalation)
- Driving team performance and service standards
- Coordinating closely with housekeeping and other departments
- Managing rosters, reports, and shift handovers
What we’re looking for:
- 3 to 4 years of front office experience in a quality hotel
- Strong guest handling and problem-solving skills
- Someone who can lead a shift, not just follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setup
Compensation: Rs. 3.6 to Rs. 4.2 Lakhs PA + meals on duty + Medical Insurance
This is not a “sit behind the desk” role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership.
