Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Senior Guest Relations Executive. The role involves overseeing guest interactions to ensure an exceptional experience, managing reservation bookings, handling guest inquiries and feedback, and collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. The Senior Guest Relations Executive will also assist with front desk operations and support sales initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to deliver outstanding experiences and address guest needs effectively.
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and professional verbal and written interaction.
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to upsell and promote offerings to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as managing reservations, answering inquiries, and maintaining front desk operations seamlessly.
- Familiarity with hospitality or food and beverage industries is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
