About The Role
iamneo is looking for a
Senior Growth Partner — North Region to drive strategic growth across the university segment. This role is ideal for someone with strong consultative sales experience, deep understanding of higher education decision-making, and a proven ability to build long-term institutional partnerships.
Key Requirements
8+ years in
business development or B2B sales, preferably in
EdTech, SaaS, or Higher Education
Proven success in managing
university or institutional sales cycles
Strong understanding of
education ecosystem dynamics, curriculum alignment, and academic buying hierarchies
5+ years of experience in
consultative or enterprise sales
Experience selling to
Deans, Directors, Vice Chancellors, and academic leadership teams
Required Skills
Territory strategy: identifying, approaching, and converting universities into long-term partners
Consultative selling: aligning solutions with institutional vision, curriculum goals, and digital transformation roadmaps
Pipeline management: pipeline health, progress tracking, predictable revenue growth
Stakeholder management: engaging multi-level academic and administrative decision-makers
Cross-functional collaboration: working with Product and Customer Success for tailored delivery and account expansion
Market intelligence: gathering customer insights to influence product roadmap
Brand building: representing the company at university events, conferences, and networking forums
Core Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales responsibility for the
North Region university vertical
Build territory plans and drive strategic institutional outreach
Lead consultative discussions with academic leaders and decision-makers
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through outbound, referrals, and account expansion
Maintain a healthy pipeline and drive predictable growth
Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams for tailored solution delivery and expansion
Represent iamneo at key industry and university-facing events
Act as a trusted partner to institutions exploring digital transformation in tech education
Preferred Profile
Strong relationship builder with higher education sales expertise
Able to operate independently while influencing cross-functional teams
Comfortable handling long-cycle consultative sales in institutional environments
