About the Role
We are looking for a data-obsessed Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own our full-funnel strategy. This isn’t a "brand awareness" role—it is a high-impact position designed for a technical marketer who views the user journey as a series of experiments to be optimized.
With 8+ years of experience, you will bridge the gap between performance marketing, product, and data engineering. You will be responsible for scaling our paid channels while ruthlessly optimizing for LTV and Retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Own the strategy and execution for paid social (Meta, LinkedIn) and search (Google Ads), focusing on CAC-to-LTVefficiency.
- Full-Funnel Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards to track the user journey from first click to long-term retention.
- Technical Optimization: Leverage SQL to extract deep insights from our data warehouse and partner with engineering to ensure tracking (Pixels, GTM, Segment) is flawless.
- Retention & CRM: Design and automate sophisticated lifecycle journeys (Email, Push, SMS) to decrease churn and increase user frequency.
- Experimentation: Run a high-velocity A/B testing roadmap across landing pages, ad creatives, and onboarding flows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth startup or tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Commerce. We value the "left-brain" analytical approach of engineers and the "right-brain" strategy of business leads.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Technical Skills:
- SQL Knowledge (Required): Ability to write queries to analyze cohort behavior and attribution.
- CRM Automation (Big Plus): Deep experience with tools like Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of managing monthly budgets while improving unit economics.
Why You’ll Thrive
- You enjoy the "science" of marketing more than the "art."
- You are "dangerous" enough with code or data to solve problems without waiting for a developer.
- You believe that a great ad is useless if the onboarding flow or retention loop is broken.
