About The Role
This role sits at the intersection of Product and P&L. You will be part of the Central New Initiatives team and own engagement, retention, and long-term user value — working like a PM but accountable for business outcomes.
This is a high-ownership and high-visibility role. You will work closely with Product, Content, Marketing, Tech, and Data teams to find leading indicators of business numbers, run experiments, and turn insights into action.

What You'll Own
- User Retention & Engagement: Increase listening frequency and session depth
- Repeat Purchase: Identify behavioral triggers and content signals that drive users back to transact
- Lifecycle & CRM: Build and optimize lifecycle journeys across channels — push, email, in-app, and more
- Experiments & Growth Loops: Plan and run A/B experiments regularly across features, nudges, pricing hooks, and content triggers. Build repeatable growth loops in partnership with Product and Content teams
Who You Are
- 3–8 years of experience in a product or growth role with clear ownership of retention and engagement metrics.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, CRM tools, RCAs and A/B testing
- First-principles thinker — you break problems down to fundamentals rather than defaulting to playbooks
- Structured and data-driven in how you approach problem solving
- High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action
- High energy, hungry, and willing to hustle
- Love for content is a genuine plus — you consume and appreciate great content
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in consumer tech,OTT, gaming, Microtransaction and Ads based monetisation businesses.
- Experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
What Good Looks Like
- In the first 15 days — you've audited the retention funnel, identified the biggest drop-off points, and have a prioritized experiment backlog
- In 30 days — first experiments are live, early signals are being tracked, and CRM journeys are being optimized
- In 60 days — measurable improvement in at least one core retention metric with a clear roadmap ahead
