The Mission
At Kuku FM, we are taking Indian storytelling to the world. We are looking for a
Senior
Growth Manager who operates like an entrepreneur. This isn't a role for a "media buyer"-it’s
for a high-agency leader who treats our capital like their own.
You will own the acquisition engine for the
US and European markets, managing a
high-decibel budget of ₹10 Cr+ per month. You will bridge the gap between deep-sea data
analysis and high-impact creative production, leading a dedicated pod of writers and editors
to crack the code of global audiences. If you aspire to lead a P&L or build your own business
one day, this is your sandbox.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Global Funnel: Lead end-to-end user acquisition strategy and execution
for US/Europe. You’ll navigate premium subscription models, Western payment
ecosystems, and local consumer psychographics.
- Lead a Creative Factory: Direct a team of promo writers and video editors. You
define the "hooks," narrative arcs, and visual styles. You turn performance data into
creative briefs that stop the scroll.
- Scale with Precision: Independently manage and optimize massive spends (₹10
Cr+/month) across Meta, Google, and YouTube with a ruthless focus on LTV/CAC
and unit economics.
- Zero-Dependency Analytics: You are your own analyst. You write your own SQL,
build your own dashboards, and diagnose funnel drops without waiting for a central
team.
- First-Principles Growth: We don't care about "standard playbooks." You will break
down the fundamentals of the OTT business and build scalable, custom frameworks
from the ground up.
Who You Are
- The Aspiring Founder: You have a "Business Owner" mindset. You are obsessed
with P&L, ROI, and sustainable growth, not just vanity metrics.
- The Scale Expert: 2–5 years of experience in high-growth B2C/Performance
Marketing, with a proven track record of managing eight-figure monthly budgets.
- Technical Athlete: Deeply proficient in SQL and marketing infrastructure (MMPs,
server-to-server events, and custom attribution models).
- Creative Strategist: You understand the "science of the hook." You know how to
marry data-driven insights with compelling storytelling.
- High Agency & Hustle: You have a bias for action and an ownership mindset. You
don't wait for permission; you deliver results.
- Global Perspective: Deep understanding of (or experience in) US/European
markets is a massive plus.
What Success Looks Like
- Month 3: You have successfully scaled the US/Europe acquisition spend while
maintaining CAC targets and have established a weekly creative testing cadence
with your team.
- Month 6: You have built a self-sustaining growth engine where your SQL-backed
dashboards provide real-time insights, and your creative pod is producing "winners"
consistently.
- Ongoing: You are recognized as the P&L owner for international growth, moving the
needle on Kuku FM's global footprint.
A Day in the Life
- Morning Pulse: Deep dive into custom SQL dashboards to analyze last night’s
performance in US time zones; immediate campaign pivots based on data.
- Creative Scrum: Reviewing video edits with your team-critiquing the first 3 seconds
of a promo based on click-through data.
- Deep Work: Analyzing downstream retention data to optimize top-of-funnel targeting.
- Product Sync: Collaborating with tech teams to optimize landing pages and
checkout flows for international users.
- Evening Strategy: Setting guardrails for automated bidding and briefing the creative
team on tomorrow’s high-priority hooks.
