📊 Performance Tracking – Monitor key business metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve results.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Graduate from a Tier 1 college with 0-2 years of experience in growth, business expansion, or city operations.
✔ A data-driven hustler who loves numbers as much as creativity.
✔ Experience with P&L management and a strong understanding of growth levers.
✔ Proven ability to scale a business, drive demand, and optimize operations.
✔ A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
✔ Someone who can think both strategically and get their hands dirty in execution.
✔ Bonus points if you love plants or are eager to make cities greener! 🌱
