Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Ground Instructor based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Senior Ground Instructor will deliver high-quality ground training for aspiring pilots, covering a broad range of aviation topics, including aerodynamics, navigation, aviation regulations, and meteorology. This role involves preparing educational materials, conducting classroom sessions, evaluating student progress, and adhering to regulatory and institutional training standards. The instructor will also mentor trainees to ensure their readiness for assessments and real-world aviation challenges.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in aviation subjects, including Aerodynamics, Meteorology, Navigation, and Aviation Regulations
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training curriculum and utilizing educational tools to enhance learning outcomes
- Strong communication, presentation, and instructional skills for effectively delivering complex aviation concepts
- Experience in mentoring and evaluating students to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Licensed pilot or holder of certifications relevant to aviation instruction is highly desirable
- Knowledge of international aviation standards is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, or related field is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
