Responsibilities
- Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
- Conceptualise and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns for real estate
- Design and produce a wide array of media
- Develop our company brand to increase brand presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design in Real Estate.
- Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong typography skills
- 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Expert-level proficiency in CorelDRAW as well
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Portfolio showcasing diverse design work
- Experience in digital marketing/advertising design
- Understanding of print and digital design requirements
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points For:
- Video editing skills
- Motion graphic experience
- Understanding of Real Estate Creative
- Social media design expertise
