Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content for podcasts, social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional creatives.
The role requires a strong understanding of modern design trends, visual storytelling, audience psychology, and content performance across digital platforms.
Key Responsibility
Design high-quality thumbnails, social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives
Create visually engaging designs for podcasts, reels, and marketing campaigns
Develop branding assets and maintain visual consistency across platforms
Design creatives that align with brand identity and audience expectations
Collaborate with the content and marketing team for campaign execution
Stay updated with current design trends, styles, and platform-specific creatives
Ensure timely delivery with high attention to detail and quality
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic designing
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, and other relevant AI/design tools
Strong understanding of social media design trends and audience engagement
Experience in designing thumbnails and creatives for digital media platforms
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
Must own a personal computer/laptop capable of handling design workloads
Strong creativity, typography, color sense, and layout understanding
Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain consistency in quality
Job Details
Work Type: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
