Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our New Delhi office. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content aligned with brand guidelines, including social media graphics, packaging designs, marketing materials, and web assets. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and execute creative campaigns for a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) FMCG brand. The designer will also ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining consistency and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphic Design, Branding, and Visual Communication
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Packaging Design and Marketing Collateral for FMCG/D2C brands
- Knowledge of Typography, Layout Design, and Color Theory
- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into visually engaging designs
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills
- Familiarity with digital and social media marketing design
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Experience in the health and wellness or FMCG industry is a plus
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative design projects
