Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer based in Gurugram. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, building and enhancing brand identity, and developing creative concepts across various platforms. They will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to implement designs that align with strategic objectives. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, logos, and branding materials while ensuring adherence to typography and design principles.
Qualifications
- Experience in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs
- Strong knowledge of Typography principles and the ability to creatively leverage type in designs
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus
- The toolkit we're looking for: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, solid video editing, and a working fluency with the latest AI design tools. But beyond the stack, we want someone who runs their own race, self-motivated, high-agency, and the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
