Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Graphic Designer. The Senior Graphic Designer will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as creating engaging visual content, developing brand assets, designing logos, and enhancing the academy's branding. The role involves conceptualizing and executing design ideas for digital and print materials, ensuring branding consistency while utilizing creative typography and graphics to communicate compelling messages. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with organizational goals and campaign strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Typography
- Strong skills in creating Logo Design and developing Branding elements
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce visually appealing, high-quality designs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Experience designing for educational content or in a similar field is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
