About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own and scale the static creative engine powering Meta and Google Ads. This is a performance-first role focused on creating high-converting, scroll-stopping creatives, leveraging AI tools, and continuously iterating based on data.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution
- Design high-volume static creatives for Meta (Feed, Reels, Stories) and Google (Display, Discovery, YouTube thumbnails)
- Create compelling visuals with strong hooks, clear hierarchy, and conversion-focused CTAs
- Translate abstract wellness themes into impactful, performance-driven creatives
Performance & Experimentation
- Develop creative hypotheses and run weekly testing cycles
- Iterate rapidly based on performance insights and scale winning directions
- Collaborate closely with the growth team to optimize creative output
AI-First Design
- Leverage tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram, and ChatGPT to create unique visual systems
- Use AI to increase speed, variation, and creative depth
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing design (D2C, wellness, edtech, or content-led brands)
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives (metrics preferred)
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong understanding of ad psychology, hooks, and conversion-driven design
- Self-starter with a fast, test-and-iterate mindset
