Role Overview :
We’re looking for a Senior Visualiser who can lead the visual narrative on pitches and projects—someone who doesn’t just design, but thinks, interprets, and sells ideas through powerful visuals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation of Key Visuals (KVs) based on brief, theme, and storytelling direction
- Translate concepts into pitch-winning designs, presentations, and mockups
- Adapt KVs seamlessly across on-ground branding, stage design, digital, and print collateral
- Design event environments: stage backdrops, entry experiences, installations, standees, invites, etc.
- Work closely with servicing, content, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution accuracy
- Ensure print-ready outputs with complete quality control (large format, materials, color accuracy)
- Maintain strict brand consistency across multiple client brands
- Drive visual direction internally, mentoring junior designers where required
- Stay ahead of global design, event, and experiential trends
Experience :
- 5–7 years in Graphic design, with strong exposure to events / experiential / advertising
- Proven experience in client pitches and high-pressure delivery environments
Core Skills :
- Strong conceptual thinking + visual storytelling ability
- Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and spatial design
- Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into compelling visual directions
- High ownership, speed, and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Technical Skills :
- Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (CorelDraw optional)
- Strong understanding of print production & large-format design
- Working knowledge of After Effects / motion design is a plus
- AI tools for faster work and conceptualisation
