We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead design initiatives, elevate our visual identity, and ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive, modern, and fashion-forward design language that reflects TIGC’s vision and momentum. This role is perfect for someone who thinks strategically, executes with precision, and brings structure, clarity, and creativity to a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do: ● Lead end-to-end design projects, from concept to final delivery. ● Develop, maintain, and evolve TIGC’s brand design language across digital, print, and retail. ● Collaborate with marketing, content, e-commerce, retail, and leadership to bring ideas to life visually.
Key Brand Touchpoints You Will Own ● Website: home banners, PDP visuals, campaign assets. ● WhatsApp Communication: broadcast creatives, automated flows, promo messaging. ● Emailers: promotional mailers, new drop announcements, storytelling-driven emails. ● Push Notifications: visual cues, iconography, and supporting creative. ● Insert Cards & Packaging: unboxing elements, care cards, brand message cards. ● Offline Communication: store branding, posters, standees, hoardings. ● Social Media: campaign grids, templates, reels covers, story systems. ● Marketplace A+ Content: Amazon/Flipkart A+ pages, product feature graphics, comparison charts.
Pre-requisites: ● 3-4 years design experience: Seen it, designed it, shipped it. ● Design rockstar: Speaks fluent Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma. ● Design trends? Always ahead of the curve.
