Location: Byculla, Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interpret design briefs and translate requirements into strong visual concepts
- Conceptualise and execute visuals across brand, digital, and campaign requirements
- Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and graphic assets across formats
- Create high-quality digital output across social, video, and platform-led formats
- Work closely with copywriters, junior designers, and the Associate Creative Director to deliver final output
- Test and optimise creatives across formats and platforms
- Incorporate feedback and refine designs while maintaining quality and consistency
- Ensure all output is aligned with Subko’s visual language and brand direction
- Create 2D graphic renderings, illustrations, and supporting visuals for various projects
Ideal Candidate would be:
- Brings the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing to both strategic thinking and execution
- Strong focus on digital design, with the ability to create high-quality visual output across social, video, and platform-led formats
- Proficiency in motion graphics is essential, with the ability to translate static design into engaging, dynamic content
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of branding and packaging systems, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual output
- Collaborates closely with the associate creative director to deliver consistent, high-quality work aligned with the brand’s visual direction
Required Software’s:
- Adobe illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects Mandatory.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of relevant design experience
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual composition
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with 3D tools/rendering is an added advantage
- Ideally based in Bombay, or willing to relocate as full-time resources for design
