What we're looking for:
Studio Paperheads is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position at our studio where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a tight knit team of designers, strategists and creatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver cohesive, compelling brand identities and design systems for clients across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with a team of designers to brainstorm, conceptualise, and refine creative solutions.
- Oversee key clients and ensure the successful management of projects.
- Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep our work fresh and innovative.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a design related field from an accredited institution is a MUST. Please do not apply if you have a diploma or a certification course in design.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience at a creative agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Illustration skills are a notable advantage.
