Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Noida. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, product packaging, social media creatives, and promotional materials. The role involves developing and maintaining brand visual identity, collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate creative briefs into compelling designs, and ensuring design consistency across all communication channels. The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee end-to-end design execution, provide creative direction, and review work to maintain high-quality standards. The individual will also participate in brainstorming sessions, stay updated on industry trends, and prepare files for production and vendor coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually impactful and brand-aligned creatives.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine cohesive brand identities and visual systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, with a solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, and readability across formats.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software).
- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably in FMCG, nutrition, wellness, or healthcare-related industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and successful execution of multi-channel design projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
