Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Chandigarh. The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and refine visual concepts for marketing campaigns, training materials, digital assets, and brand communications across online and offline channels. Daily responsibilities include designing graphics, logos, and brand collateral; creating layouts for presentations, social media, and web content; and ensuring brand consistency in all visual outputs. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, content, and training teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals, while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design guidelines, and support the continuous improvement of the organization’s visual identity.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating engaging visuals for digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, readable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Advanced expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably in education, training, or technology domains.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and provide creative direction.
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, brand work, and end-to-end design execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
