About the RoleWe are not looking for a basic designer.
We are hiring someone who can create next-level visuals - cinematic, high-impact, and impossible to ignore.
If you understand 3D design, visual storytelling, premium aesthetics, and modern global design standards, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Create high-end 3D visuals, creatives, and marketing assets
- Design scroll-stopping social media content (reels covers, carousels, ads)
- Work on branding, identity, and premium visual systems
- Collaborate with strategy & content teams to bring ideas to life
- Deliver designs that feel international, cinematic, and performance-driven
- Maintain consistency across brand aesthetics and campaigns
What We’re Looking For- Strong expertise in 3D design (Blender / Cinema 4D / similar tools)
- Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
- Deep understanding of modern design trends (US/UK level aesthetics)
- Ability to create luxury, cinematic, and high-conversion visuals
- Strong sense of color, typography, lighting, and composition
- Someone who doesn’t just design — but thinks like a visual strategist
Bonus (High Preference)- Experience in ad creatives & performance marketing visuals
- Understanding of branding psychology and storytelling
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or creators
