Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and deliver high-quality visuals with a fast turnaround time. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in apparel design (t-shirts, hoodies, streetwear), excellent design sense, and proven experience managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative and high-quality designs for apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, streetwear).
- Lead and manage a team of 3–6 designers, ensuring productivity and quality output.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas aligned with current trends and brand requirements.
- Ensure fast turnaround time while maintaining design quality.
- Review and provide feedback on team designs to maintain consistency and standards.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams for design requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
Requirements
- 3–5 + years of total experience in graphic design.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a design team (3–6 members).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in apparel or fashion.
- Relevant experience in the design field or a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics (t-shirts, hoodies, streetwear).
- Proficiency in design tools:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW
CapCut (for basic video/editing needs)
- Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift (9 PM – 6 AM IST).
