Rayanna | Dubai-based Creative & Technology Studio
Hey, we're looking for two people.
We're Rayanna. A small, Sri Lankan-founded creative studio based in Dubai. We work with brands across the US and the Gulf, branding, design, video, the works. We're a tight team, we care a lot about what we make, and honestly we're at a point where we need two more good people around us.
No big agency politics. No endless approval chains. Just real work, good people, and a team that has your back.
Senior Graphic Designer
Someone who genuinely loves design. Not just someone who's good at it, someone who actually cares why something looks the way it does.
You'll be working across branding, digital and creative for a mix of clients. Some days will stretch you. Most will be fun.
What we're hoping you bring:
- A portfolio that shows you think, not just execute
- You're comfortable owning a concept from start to finish
- Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, all feel like home
- You're cool with deadlines and working independently
- Feedback doesn't break you, it makes the work better
This role is fully remote, working with a studio that has Lankan roots and genuinely understands the talent that comes from there.
