Our core service is overnight presentation design, supporting teams across different time zones so they can send work at the end of their day and have it ready when they start the next morning.

Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience to join our creative team in Meghalaya.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who is confident working with PowerPoint and enjoys turning information into clear, engaging visual communication.
You will work on presentations and creative projects for global clients, taking finalized content and transforming it into well-designed, visually compelling work that follows the client's brand and communicates the message effectively.
Your work may include:
- Designing and developing professional PowerPoint presentations
- Creating visual concepts and layouts for business and executive presentations
- Turning complex information into clear and engaging visual stories
- Designing charts, diagrams, infographics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements
- Working within existing brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
- Creating marketing collateral, templates, documents, and other creative assets
- Reviewing and refining designs based on client and internal feedback
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality
- Working closely with project managers, account managers, and other designers
- Contributing creative ideas and recommendations rather than simply executing instructions
- Helping maintain and improve pX's design standards, templates, and workflows
- Supporting and mentoring other designers when required
This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys presentation design, visual storytelling, and solving design problems, rather than simply formatting slides.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual communication, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and visual storytelling
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator
- Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, hierarchy, and visual balance
- Ability to turn complex or information-heavy content into clear, engaging visuals
- Experience working with corporate brands and brand guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual consistency
- Ability to understand a brief, ask the right questions, and make informed design decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to receive feedback, learn, and continuously improve
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Meghalaya
Good to have:
- Experience working with global clients or international brands
- Experience in presentation design or a creative agency environment
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing
- Experience creating illustrations, infographics, or data visualizations
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
