About the job
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager to join our team at Nuketown, a fast-growing branding and marketing agency based in Gurgaon, Haryana. In this role, you will be responsible for creating polished, visually engaging Instagram feeds and social media content that align with our creative vision and brand standards.
You will design Instagram grids/posts for multiple brands, develop branding assets and create thumbnails for reels etc. Alongside design, you will manage social media accounts with the perspective of a designer, ensuring every post reflects strong aesthetics and brand identity.
We work across industries — from real estate to luxury products — and are passionate about delivering high-quality, visually compelling stories that leave a lasting impact.

What You Will Be Doing
- Design and assemble Instagram feeds, carousel posts, and thumbnails for reels.
- Create clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics tailored for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and content strategists to bring concepts to life.
- Incorporate brand assets, icons, and graphics while maintaining brand consistency..
- Organize and manage brand assets, photos, and file storage
- Stay up to date with design and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure graphics/posts meet platform-specific requirements (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage posting details and platform-specific nuances, especially Instagram.
What You Should Have
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and lightroom.
- Strong sense of aesthetics for Instagram feed design and content creation.
- A strong eye for visual storytelling, aesthetic design, typography, color, and layout.
- Understanding of carousel posts, feed planning, and social media layouts.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bonus: Experience in animation or color correction.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in social media graphic design (flexible based on skill).
- Degree in Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and platform best practices.
AI-First Editing Workflow (Important)
At Nuketown, we view AI as an essential creative tool that helps designers work faster, think bigger, and execute more efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable integrating AI into their design and content creation process. This may include:
- Generating creative concepts, moodboards, and design directions.
- Creating visual references and inspiration boards using AI tools.
- Producing graphics, illustrations, backgrounds, and assets through AI-assisted workflows.
- Using AI for copy ideation, carousel structuring, content planning, and social media research.
- Improving productivity through workflow automation and AI-assisted design tools.
- Rapidly exploring multiple creative directions before final execution.
We do not expect expertise in every AI platform, but we do expect curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn new tools and workflows.
Candidates who actively leverage AI to improve both creative quality and efficiency will be strongly preferred.

- Gurgaon, Haryana
- Hybrid preferred (work from office 1–2 times a week), but open to full remote for the right candidate.
Compensation
- ₹7-10 LPA CTC, depending on experience + performance
