Job Description
- Create YouTube thumbnails, flyers, and promotional designs for print and digital media.
- Design custom thumbnails that capture attention and drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand project requirements.
- Develop creative design solutions based on project needs and specifications.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and specifications.
- Create visually appealing designs suitable for digital marketing platforms.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends and incorporate industry best practices.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative thumbnails, promotional materials, flyers, and digital creatives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver designs according to campaign requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding, color, typography, and visual presentation.
- Adapt designs according to different digital platforms and marketing requirements.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned design projects.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in the digital platform.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of color, composition, typography, and visual design principles.
- Good knowledge of current digital marketing and graphic design trends.
- Healthcare sector experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
