Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent conceptual thinking, and extensive experience creating impactful visual communication for digital and print platforms.
This role is strictly for candidates who have worked in reputed IT companies or technology organizations and have graduated from a Design School/College.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts and creative solutions aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing, social media, websites, presentations, email campaigns, brochures, infographics, and print collateral.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual communication with a strong focus on user engagement.
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, HR, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Lead end-to-end design execution from concept through final production.
- Mentor junior designers and uphold high creative standards within the team.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Basic Qualifications
- 7–10 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related design discipline.
- Must have experience working in an IT company or technology organization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, corporate communication, and creative marketing.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of typography, branding, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for digital campaigns, corporate communications, employer branding, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
