Job description:
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media
- Design marketing collaterals including social media creatives, ads, brochures, banners, and presentations
- Lead branding and visual identity projects
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams for impactful campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all platforms
- Utilize AI tools for design automation, image generation, and creative ideation
- Optimize workflows using AI to improve efficiency and turnaround time
- Stay updated with latest design trends, AI tools, and technologies
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway ML)
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills
- Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative ideas
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Prompt writing skills for AI tools (prompt engineering basics)
