Key Responsibilities
- Lead a group of designers and offer direction, feedback, and mentoring to ensure the best caliber of work.
- Create and apply design tactics that support our brand's mission and marketing goals.
- Produce designs that are eye-catching and functional for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as those for web development, product development, and marketing, to make sure design initiatives are in line with organizational objectives.
- Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and design software to make sure the team has the most recent abilities.
- Handle project budgets and deadlines to make sure that design projects are completed on schedule and on budget.
- Make sure all design initiatives adhere to the organization's quality standards and brand requirements.
- Maintain a supportive and cooperative work atmosphere that encourages imagination, innovation, and development.
What do we need?
- A bachelor's degree in a related subject, such as visual communication or graphic design.
- Graphic design experience of at least three years, with a portfolio exhibiting a range of design initiatives
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience managing and leading teams
- Skilled with the Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Figma.
- Thorough familiarity with the fundamentals of design, such as typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to manage several projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
