Company Description
Clever Harvey is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the creation of engaging and consistent visual communication across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who has a strong foundation in design principles and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Creatives
- Design creatives for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
- Translate briefs into visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Support marketing campaigns with engaging visual assets
2. Marketing Collateral (Digital & Print)
- Create presentations, brochures, emailers, and landing page assets
- Ensure clarity, visual hierarchy, and consistency across all materials
3. Brand Consistency
- Maintain and follow the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints
- Adapt designs based on campaign needs while staying within guidelines
4. Basic Motion & Video (Bonus)
- Assist in editing short-form videos for social media and ads
- Create simple motion graphics when required
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, and senior design teams
- Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and basic branding work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats
- Interest in video editing and motion graphics
