Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and develop visual identities, campaigns, and layouts for print and digital media, working closely with copywriters, account managers, and digital marketing teams. Responsibilities include creating brand-aligned graphics, logos, and marketing materials; designing social media creatives and digital ads; and refining visual concepts based on stakeholder feedback. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining brand consistency, and preparing production-ready files for print and online use. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to creative brainstorming, and help uphold design standards and best practices within the team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating concept development and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and evolving brand identities and visual systems.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout principles, and composition for print and digital formats.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software).
- Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns, and multimedia formats; familiarity with current design and advertising trends.
- Ability to take projects from brief to final delivery, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an advertising agency or creative studio environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback; ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
