Aptara is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer with proven experience in the E-Learning industry to join our growing Design team.
Mandatory Requirements
✔ Experience in E-Learning / Digital Learning projects
✔ Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
✔ Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Vyond
✔ Experience creating graphics, infographics, illustrations, storyboards, mockups, and interactive learning assets
✔ Knowledge of animation and multimedia design tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro
✔ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics and multimedia assets for digital learning solutions.
- Create visual concepts, illustrations, infographics, and interactive learning screens.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Instructional Designers, Developers, and Design Leads.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to design standards across projects.
- Review creative deliverables and mentor junior designers.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting quality and delivery timelines.
Preferred Background
Candidates from E-Learning, EdTech, Learning Solutions, Digital Learning, or Multimedia Design organizations will be highly preferred.
🚨 Please note: E-Learning experience is mandatory. Candidates from only Branding, Social Media, Advertising, Print, or UI/UX backgrounds without E-Learning experience will not be considered.
