We're Hiring | Graphic Designer (Marketing Agency Experience Mandatory)
Alluring Monks Private Limited is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team.
Please apply only if you have previously worked in a marketing/creative agency and have independently handled multiple client accounts.
Location: Remote
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Joining: Immediate (No Notice Period Preferred)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and overall skill set)
Mandatory Requirements
• Prior experience in a Marketing Agency or Creative Agency is compulsory
• Must have independently managed 5–6 client accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and platform-specific creative requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with strict deadlines
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands with different visual identities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Software & Tools
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva Pro
• CapCut
• AI-powered creative tools and workflows (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Flux or equivalent AI tools)
• Motion Graphics and Animation
Key Responsibilities
• Design premium social media posts, carousels, stories and advertising creatives
• Edit high-quality Reels, Shorts and promotional videos
• Create motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns
• Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Content Writers and Performance Marketers
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
• Deliver all creatives within deadlines while maintaining agency-quality standards
• Understand content strategy and create designs that improve engagement, reach and conversions
• Organise project files and manage revisions efficiently
• Stay updated with design trends, AI tools and evolving social media formats
