Role Overview
The Graphics Designer will play a key role in visually communicating the brand through a variety of design assets. This includes creating polished graphics across class plans, marketing materials, program descriptions, social media, business proposals, and presentations. A core part of the role is to adapt and tailor design elements based on the diverse end-audiences, which include students, parents, school faculty, heads of school, corporate partners, CSR committees, social media audiences, and more. The role demands maturity, professionalism, and creativity to ensure all brand documents and media consistently reflect our high-quality brand identity and effectively engage each target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce graphics for class plans, marketing collateral, program brochures, social
media posts, and digital campaigns
Develop visually appealing and brand-consistent assets for business proposals,
presentations, and reports, customized appropriately for different audience segments
Collaborate with content creators, program teams, and marketing to translate ideas into
compelling visual designs adapted to the needs and preferences of varied stakeholders
Maintain brand guidelines across all visual materials, ensuring consistency and
professionalism
Create infographics, icons, banners, templates, and other custom design elements as needed
Tailor graphic styles, tone, and messaging for diverse end-audiences such as students,
parents, educators, corporate partners, CSR committees, and online followers
Manage multiple design projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising
quality
Stay updated with design trends and tools to continuously elevate the visual quality of Brand assets
Assist in developing and refining the overall visual language and brand aesthetics of Brand
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, ideally in education, tech, or startup
environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating professional, clean, and impactful design work across digital
and print media, with evidence of adapting designs for different audiences
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),
Canva, Figma, etc.
Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles
Ability to translate complex content into clear, engaging visuals tailored for audience impact
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
