Senior Graphic DesignerExperience: 3–5 Years
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon East)
RoleLooking for a Senior Graphic Designer who doesn’t just make things look pretty, but understands ads, brands, and attention.
You should know how to design for social media, ads, and brands that actually want to grow — not just make posters.
If you understand what makes someone stop scrolling, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing• Designing social media posts, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
• Creating static posts, carousels, banners, and brand creatives
• Understanding brand styles and maintaining consistency
• Working closely with content, performance, and influencer teams
• Turning rough ideas into clean, strong visuals
• Handling multiple brands at the same time
• Occasionally guiding junior designers
Some days will be hectic. Some days will be creative chaos. That’s agency life.
What You Should Already Know• Photoshop and Illustrator — properly
• Layout, typography, spacing — basics should be strong
• How ads work on Instagram and Meta
• How to design creatives that actually perform
• How to handle feedback without taking it personally
• How to manage multiple deadlines
Bonus if you know:
• After Effects
• Basic motion or animation
• Figma
