About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who understands not just design, but marketing, branding, and conversion psychology.
You will be working on D2C brands, creating visuals that are not just aesthetic but also drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting ad creatives (Meta Ads, performance campaigns)
- Create social media creatives (reels covers, posts, carousels)
- Work on brand identity and visual systems
- Design product creatives and packaging concepts
- Create website banners and landing page visuals
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics and communication
- Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma is a plus)
- Understanding of branding, typography, and layout design
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketing creatives
- Ability to think from a marketing and conversion perspective
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
