Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in Mumbai. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content, including graphics, logos, and branding elements, to support marketing and communication campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging designs for both digital and print media, ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms, and working closely with the marketing team to develop creative solutions. The role also requires staying updated on design trends and incorporating innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Creative Visual Storyteller who can translate the grit of a 4x4 expedition and the elegance of a luxury stay into "scroll-stopping" digital and print assets. You will be responsible for maintaining our premium brand aesthetic across social media, detailed itineraries, and large-scale event collaterals.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Content: Design engaging social media assets (Instagram carousels, stories, and YouTube thumbnails) that capture the scale of our expeditions.
* Marketing Collateral: Create high-end brochures, print-ready flyers, and comprehensive digital itineraries (PDFs) for premium clients.
* Campaigns & Ads: Develop high-converting visual assets for Meta (FB/IG) ads and Google Display campaigns.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with AO’s brand guidelines—balancing adventure with a "luxury travel" feel.
* Presentations: Design visually stunning PPTs/decks for corporate partnerships and investor relations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Video Editing and Marketing teams to bring global campaigns to life.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: 2–4 years of graphic design experience (Travel, Luxury, or Agency background preferred).
* Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
* Visual Flair: A strong grasp of typography, grid systems, and colour theory.
* Motion (Bonus): Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for simple motion graphics is a major plus.
* Mindset: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
* Passion: A genuine interest in travel and the "overlanding" lifestyle. A creative mindset and capability to deliver innovative concepts that align with brand values
