Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer – Print Media & Packaging (CorelDRAW & Adobe Illustrator Mandatory)

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in Print Media and Product Packaging to design premium visual assets for our products and marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop print materials, including Notebooks covers & inner page layouts, brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, Exhibition flexes, banners, standees and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand project requirements.
- Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and compatibility with printing specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with printers and external vendors to obtain quotes, coordinate print production, and ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets, including fonts, logos, and images, and ensure their proper usage in designs.
- In-depth understanding of print production processes, including file preparation, colour (CMYK, RGB) management, and prepress requirements.
Required skills:
- 5 to 7 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on print & Packaging.
- Proven working experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, showcasing proficiency in these software tools.
- Packaging dyelines, Product Packaging & print production knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to work with various file formats, such as AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG, in CorelDRAW and Illustrator.
- Ability to deliver production-ready designs independently
- Strong expertise in:
- Packaging design & dyelines
- Print production & prepress
- Color management (CMYK vs RGB)
- Materials & finishing (lamination, UV, Screen, emboss, etc.)
