Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Grafana Engineer to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design and implement advanced dashboards and visualizations using Grafana to monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, propose solutions, and ensure seamless data integration. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting, maintaining Grafana instances, and contributing to best practices for monitoring and observability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Grafana for creating dashboards and visualizations
- Strong skills in monitoring tools, metrics collection, and time-series databases such as Prometheus
- Deep understanding of performance optimization and infrastructure monitoring
- Knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their monitoring solutions
- Exposure to tools like ELK Stack, InfluxDB, or similar technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Relevant experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation will be a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
