We are hiring a Google AdWords Specialist to manage and optimize international B2B lead generation campaigns primarily for Australia & New Zealand markets along with US, UK, and Canada. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads for Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and IT Services projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for international B2B markets
* Focus on lead generation campaigns for Australia & New Zealand clients
* Manage campaigns targeting US, UK, and Canada markets
* Generate qualified leads for Website Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing services
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
* Handle Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns
* Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI
* Improve CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score
* Setup and manage Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking
* Create performance reports and campaign analysis
* Coordinate with sales team for lead quality and optimization
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
* Experience in International B2B Lead Generation
* Knowledge of Website & Digital Marketing industry
* Understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
* Good command over keyword research and ad copy creation
* Ability to manage multiple international campaigns simultaneously
* Analytical and result-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
* Google Ads Certification preferred
* Experience handling Australia & New Zealand campaigns is highly preferred
* Prior experience in IT Services or Digital Marketing agency environment

Qualifications

- Understanding of broader digital marketing strategies, including SEO and remarketing

- A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in maximizing campaign performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in a related role, especially in managing large-scale ad campaigns, is highly desirable
