working with ambitious brands across Ecommerce, Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Edtech, Real
Estate, and D2C segments.
Our team manages high growth advertising campaigns for multiple brands with a strong
focus on performance, analytics, tracking accuracy, automation, and scalable growth
strategies.
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Google Ads Expert and Key Account Manager
who can independently handle premium client accounts, drive measurable business
growth, and lead performance marketing strategy with strong analytical and client
management capabilities.
Job Title: Senior Google Ads Expert and Key Account Manager
Experience Required
• 4 to 7 years of hands on experience in Google Ads and Performance Marketing
• Must have worked in a Performance Marketing Agency environment
• Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously is mandatory
• Proven experience managing medium to large scale advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce and Lead Generation business models
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with strong experience in the following industries will be highly preferred:
• Ecommerce brands
• Edtech brands
• D2C brands
• Fashion and Luxury brands
• Retail businesses
• Lead generation focused businesses
Core Responsibilities
1.Performance Marketing Management
• End to end management of Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Build, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on ROAS, ROI, CAC, and revenue growth
• Expertise in Search Ads, Performance Max, Shopping Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Remarketing campaigns
• Create growth strategies for Ecommerce sales and Lead Generation businesses
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on business objectives
• Manage large advertising budgets efficiently with strong cost control
2.Strategy and Growth
• Identify scaling opportunities through data analysis and market trends
• Develop audience targeting, bidding, and funnel strategies
• Perform competitor analysis and market research regularly
• Suggest landing page and conversion rate optimization improvements
• Collaborate with creative teams for ad copies, creatives, and video strategy
• Work closely with development and tracking teams for implementation accuracy
3.Client and Account Management
• Independently manage premium client accounts
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance review meetings with clients
• Build long term relationships with clients through strategic consultation
• Understand client business goals and align campaign strategy accordingly
• Manage client expectations professionally and proactively
• Provide actionable insights instead of only reporting numbers
4.Reporting and Analytics
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
• Create dashboards and reporting systems using Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV , CAC, L TV , and Funnel Performance
Technical Skills Required
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in:
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Google Search Console
• Google Merchant Center
• Conversion tracking implementation
• Enhanced Ecommerce tracking
• Server side tracking concepts
• Data Layer implementation understanding
• UTM tracking and campaign attribution
• Looker Studio dashboard creation
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets reporting
• Attribution analysis and customer journey understanding
• Audience segmentation and remarketing strategies
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and cross platform attribution will be considered a strong advantage.
Tracking and Analytics Expertise
This role requires extremely strong tracking and analytics capabilities.
The candidate must be confident in:
• Setting up and validating conversion tracking
• GTM event implementation and debugging
• Diagnosing conversion discrepancies across platforms
• Pixel implementation and Conversion API understanding
• GA4 Ecommerce event setup and analysis
• Cross platform attribution analysis
• Funnel analysis and user journey tracking
• Analytics based performance decision making
• Understanding of first party data and tracking limitations post privacy updates
Communication and Reporting Skills
The candidate must possess:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and client communication abilities
• Professional email writing and documentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical clients clearly
• Strong reporting structure and presentation skills
• Confidence in handling client meetings independently
Key Account Management Expectations
• Handle premium client accounts independently
